    Best recipe in the world for banana peppers (works even better for green beans):

    *Place two clean rocks in the bottom of the pan (flint is best, never use limestone).
    *Clean and prepare peppers (or beans as the case may be).
    *Season according to taste.
    *Cook until tender.
    Final step: Throw the peppers (or beans) out into the yard and eat the rocks, they're much more palatable.
