Best recipe in the world for banana peppers (works even better for green beans):
*Place two clean rocks in the bottom of the pan (flint is best, never use limestone).
*Clean and prepare peppers (or beans as the case may be).
*Season according to taste.
*Cook until tender.
Final step: Throw the peppers (or beans) out into the yard and eat the rocks, they're much more palatable.

So many suggestions, figure you can do with one more, and one pro tip. By weight, equal parts flour and corn starch, pinch of salt, club soda/seltzer until it will just coat that amazing victory garden bounty, deep fry, tempura of that gods. Sauce as you like for dip. Pro tip – saw the vid with the slightly over done steaks. Don’t bring to room temp prior to cooking, cool center protects the desired done ness, and for the love of all that is holy, use a thermometer, 132-135 perfect med-red. Remove at 120-125 to be safe.

How to grow a garden should be taught in school. It’s a valuable life skill that so many people don’t know. Especially with the price of food now.
My mother's recipe is a little different: she doesn't mix the breadcrumbs and the flour, so she makes three steps: flour, egg, breadcrumbs. Egg and breadcrumbs can be repeated for extra thickness
