Building a vacuum hold-down fixture for wood. I got it to work after some experimentation. There's a couple little tricks to get it to clamp. These techniques will also be used for machining CNC parts.

TIP: Through a sheet of newspaper on the vacuum jig whenever an uneven surface of wood or otherwise is needed to be held down with the vacuum jig. The newsprint sheet will fill in the gaps between the vacuum jig and the material to be held down.

The fun begins when that saw dust starts to ROT in the coolant and stink like a munky.
Guess he forgot about a chisel huh
Wood is great for high success rates. Hand rails easy with wood. Boxes easy with wood, framing a house easy with wood. Try making your own steel wall studs out of sheets. Thatโs going to not work out consistently
left youtube running after going out for something.. half an hour came back to this treat
Me thinks you should invest in a Planerโฆโฆโฆ
Nice dynastars! How long since uncle bumblefuck had a good yard sale?
A pressure sensitive E-stop device that fits between your buttocks. Exactly what I need learning to operate crane
Maybe a nice big thicker gasket, but I dunno. Always have big thick gaskets what for to keep the air out on our hard suction hose down here in the middle of the riverlands. Either way, you seemed to have made it work! As the old addage goes, if it don't fit, grease it up and force it, right? Something like that, anyway
Yer a vacuum clamp
Flexin with double kunt vises
it doesnt weld for shit lmfao
Fondling wood = widdleing
More likely than not he was struggling to get vacuum because the gasket was too firm. You want some ultra soft hollow silicone shit so it conforms proper.
Tree carcass welds just fine, you just have to saturate it with JP8 fuel. Please retract your comment as some of us know how to weld fine woods. Signed – The Chemically Burned Welder.
Heck, what a sucker
