I know a guy that makes high end kitchen knives that uses a DeWalt version to get air in his forge. He wired in a potentiometer to it to really control his process.

Hey man have you had any problems with the vac. Portion of this tool? No damage to the motor or little bits getting stuck in there since it runs threw the blower and motor? Your help and tips is much appreciated mate.
All the time and you never bothered to see if it blows. Makes no sense to make a video on a blower then talk all day take it apart etc but never blow one thing in entire video.
Only thing missing is a trigger lock and a stronger dingus (of coarse)

I actually got one of these to use in place of a bellows in my offset smoker. Nothing gets splits of post-oak to conflagrate like a small leaf blower.
Is this Impeller type the best way to shift high quantities of air in a compact package?
Also could they have fit the impeller perpendicular and bent the outlet pipe 90 degrees?
