    If you need more length out of an endmill you can neck it down. by grinding part of the shank diameter about 10 – 15 thou smaller than the flute diameter. Just don’t grind to high on the shank that you have nothing left to hold onto.

    “Smoothing” has nothing to do with finish. It’s purpose is to cut corners and remove points. The tolerance is how far you are prepared to go away from the programmed path. Turning it on will remove a bunch of gcode lines. In some roughing adaptive toolpath, it can cut the code by half!

    Maybe you should try combining all the videos together in a single video, I recommend using MKVToolnix for muxing because it doesn't require you to re-render the whole thing.
