Welders use these to get into tight spots. As a connoisseur of tight spots, I want to see if the cheapest tool available would cut the mustard. Thank you for your help! Early access here http://www.Patreon.com/AvE

Heavy equipment mechanic use all the time, to clean off rust, dirt, ect. The mini ones from harbor freight are junk!!
A lot easier to use with two hands: one to verk the gas pedal, and the other, you make an "OK" sign like a pink donut around the vibraty parts to keep the ends focused on the work. It's a very fast way to descale metals and clean slag off welds.
I reckon: switch those needles out for bicycle spokes (tough as nails),
and you've made yourself a heavy duty version
If you couldn’t figure out how they work, the answer is poorly.
Nice
Its the best way to prep painted or rusted up expanded metal repairs quick.
Looks like you could shot Peen with one in the right Situation?
Dirt cheap and work well.
Needle scalers are great for itching chigger bites and for removing tattoos.
I use one of these at work. Fantastic for cleaning up rusty brake caliper brackets. My coworkers all have the blue point version. Seem to be exactly the same to me. Idk maybe I’m bias seeing as I spent $20 and they spent like $120
I have this one, its junk. Most needles came out after 1/2 hour usage. Reinsert needles then immediately came out again. Don't know what was bad, the needles or the retainer.
I enjoyed watching what you had to say about this scaler because I just watched another video comparing this to Blue Point sold by Snap On and they were virtually Identical~!! You could have 5 of them from HF compared to the cost of 1 from the truck~!! It would seem Snap On is going down and will die a slow and painful death by Chineasium Worker Bees~! Your videos always a treat~!
Nice!!!(amy good fer hemloids??)
Now I’m curious if that larger model is worth a damn
Why would you want to remove a light slag?!? It's the heavy ones you want to avoid.
