Sounds like me when I'm working on something
Mr. Murphy is in that forklift somewhere.
I am positive no one could fix this thing without using the most important tool in the worshop, the verbal assist.
"Holy-o-fuck boys. I sure am glad you already know I'm an idiot." Priceless!
Oh FORK. 🤬🤬
Lmfao……a bit tippsy? Are ye?
Same beer I drink!🍺
That reverb is nasty.
There's fuck all else to do!
If the brakes are not seized, I would go for the the travel motor field coils. This truck changes directions by the directional contactors (big relays) flipping current flow through the travel motor field coils. If you have a cable on the wrong post of the motor you will get travel in one direction and a big flash from the contactor and no travel in the other. If you are cabled to the motor correctly I would investigate a short to frame at travel motor pole shoe (there are four of them) in the field coil. If most of the current is going thru the frame due to the grnd/short to frame, in one direction the symptom would appear as travel in only one direction. Pull the motor and armature and check out the field coil pole shoe and I believe you will find your missing direction there. Just Sayin!
That sinking moment when
you unfuck something twice,
only to realise it's thrice fucked.
Only thing for it is to rinse,
(with favourite brew)
and repeat
: )
