Caution do not buy tool read reviews on this Milwaukee tool before even thinking about it you need I go there yeah very poor design we are talking failures that should not happen such as literally melting parts of the tool to the point of softening even complete failure blowing of the element fuse when things should not even have been issued to cause that fuse to blow.
Check the reviews before any purchase is always a good idea I don't know how many people have known have not done this and lived to regret it as it is.
Also the price is outrageous even for just a bare tool it's a no-go unless you need something specific and you've already got almost everything else that's got a comparable battery skip it!
You're probably better off just getting your butane and iron besides you've got mini heat gun and possibly other things as well in the process and you're not going to spend a fortune just on your tool let alone no battery or charger and so on probably have less issues even with the most basic inexpensive cordless iron honestly?!
You could almost get an entire salary and set up with accessories for the price of just the kit or even just the iron itself in terms bear tool
You are a national treasure in multiple nations and for sure someone I would want on my team should the “zombie apocalypse” take hold. Thanks for the videos, information and laughs.
classic trolling….love the "lets put the PCB near this lil puddle on my bench while testing my jumpered mosfat" lol…hats off sir, thats some next level stuff…
I want to leave a comment, but I dont know where to begin. Let's start with "You have some biggins to clamp that solder filled board into a metal vise with no condoms over the jaws."
2018. Who would have thought that a guy could learn from watching stuff what happened a while back? I'll probably just forget about it. What could possibly go wrong?
Super old video but WTF are ya gonna solder with that monstrosity? Not for delicate work 😂
I've had two of these stop working within 5 uses but out of warranty 🤦♂️.
Why not review the tape to see where the forest fire came from, instead of spending all that time trying to find it?
1) Clamshell packaging should be banned.
2) It's too freaking chungus & expensive to be useful for anything but industrial applications.

Replace thermal fuse with higher rate and you’ll be good to go

Should be illegal to use Mosfets without a part number,, many a board has been replaced over a non numbered MOSFET.

What to do with the extra L on a roll of solder?
