I just pulled a-part a drill rig cooling pack today. And am only now just seeing this. Would have fuckin helped with the rebuild lmao. Holy fuck what a cunt of a job getting those pistons in
I have this exact pump and was re-assembling it a few moments ago, did not understand how the F to get those two main components back together and align the pistons. I may or may not have broken my motor. F U C K. At least I haven't run it yet so maybe there is still hope in doing it over. F me in the buttacha.
There index point on the cylinder and barrel for timing. You can see them through the case drain port. 99 percent of the Tim they have them in good measure before you pop it open look through the port while rotating if you don’t see it you could punch the gear and the barrel teeth.
Damn, that thing is AWESOME! I’ve never seen (or at least never known that I was seeing) one of these. What a cool unit, thanks to whoever sent it, seriously.

The horse power in the palm of your hand and the torque makes me really wonder why we don't have little 20 horse motors powering hydraulic cars…
is that a coated bronze no spark crecent wrench???? fook yeah canookie
Wish I had known not to pull it apart before I did lol
It's cool but no juicero.
If it is not timed correctly the pistons will snap in half. There are timing marks on the barrel and shaft.
What if the pins were setup one over?
