many high end tool vendors call it the yellow.
To cut framing buy the yellow as the Festool rep told a builder
I nick name the DeWalt a yellow black and decker same cheap crap that is an apprentice grade tool or serious DYI.
I up graded to Milwaukee and Bosch some Makita after using a Hilti tool it feels like professional tool power easy of use and balance,
In my research what to buy for the job tool, learned
Festool is for cabinet makers while quality made and durable a 3 year warranty? At those prices hum
Milwaukee is for plumbers and electricians and minor carpentry or remodeling work.
Bosch is good on some things like the soft start plunge router that cost 400 with a guide and router that both offer endless adjustments at the Time only Frued was better
DeWalt cheap for a reason pricing
Hilti a high end expert grade tool that like audio equipment the ones you never heard of are the ty best. with 20 year warranty enough said, the sales rep I talked to sold me. he listened as I asked for a certain tool that is needed yet not offered for finish carpenters.
    Thanks for your video sir

Sintered metal gears.!! This process seems to have moved on since they 1st started doing it, maybe you could destruction test a few along side a solid machined one just to see how good or bad they really are.!?

Fun fact: Hilti has there PCBs made in the U S of A. Right in Massachusetts. I work at the contract manufacturer and they care about quality more than many customers.

I like brushless. But I just bought a brushed Makita jigsaw over the less expensive brushless one. Yeah it weighs noticable more. But it's got the easy brush replacement caps. The ONLY reason I picked that one over the brushless is because it was made in England instead of China. Well that and I like the speed control being in the trigger rather than a wheel you have to stop and look at to adjust. Onther reason I like brushed tools is because I have gotten several high quality brand tools that only needed a set of brushes and bam back they're in business.

Bought almost new Makita brushed drill with batteries for 25 dollars! Love it! and this thing can do 99.9% everything you need it to do with fraction of a cost of Hilti

I have everything I need for work from Hilti, all battery program, expensive as hell, but worth the money, keeping all batteries in the van during the winter on -15'C and never had a problem for 6 or 7 years now. After all these years using every day still works like new every piece. Before that I had dewalt, it was ok, but Hilti is another level.
