I accidentally damage it, but manage to recover the blinking red LED-o-DEATH. I test it at 0F, -20C and it doesn't work well, despite marketing claims to the contrary. Spent around $1k on Samsung 40t cells. Built a pack, charged it and began discharging for a capacity test. Got distracted with the kids, none were recovered… much bumblefuckeries indeed. Only did it twice!

A balance charger only works by how many batterias are in series. So this is 5S3P so there are only 4 balance nodes between the stacks plus an minus. No wires are needed since the steel conductors that are spot welded go up to the BMS/ balance charger.
Alot of companies dont fully charge them to make them a tad safer to ship.

Milwaukee battery is no way to compare to Makita ones, we got Mil 9ah die in 6 months off little of use, our Makita 5ah run 5 years without any problems
If one or more cells are bad can they be replaced with a different capacity cell. Say equal or higher capacity?
