Is it really that dangerous? As a kid I used to bridge the gap of the prongs when half-plugged in all the time. Sure, the electricity would go through your finger and it wouldn't feel great, but it also wasn't horrible and had zero chance of messing with the rest of your body. Not to mention I've never seen an electrical plug within reach of a bathtub in a house built within the last say, 50 or so years. If they were, GFCI exists too for that exact reason. You gotta do a LOT of things wrong, including touching the leads with both hands, to even have a chance of risking your life.

Walter etc make some impressive but high dollar abrasives for these used to polish stuff like liquid tank trailers. Best bought at auction for home gamers because $$.

We had bicycle inner brake cable attached to the parts washer great for poking into carbs and such. The new guy flipped it behind the machine out of the way. It laid across the plug wires and it starting sparking. It gave him an HR approved foot shove away. Luckily the cable gave a short and kept falling away from the angry pixie receptacle.

It’s more for wood and cleaning up painted metal

More for woodworking I find. I have the parkside copy here in UK. parkside is a german grocery store that rebrands tools and all have 3yr, guarantees. all over the world like aldi stores tools are branded ferrox, You my have them in your country. As I said it is usefull for shapping wood, and has stopped me buying a spindle sander ( so far ).

I installed all the outlets in my house upside down. I’m a commercial construction worker it makes sense to me. Everyone thinks it odd but it does have its purpose.

Pretty sure it was specifically made for housewives to ruin vintage furniture by stripping the original finish and painting it matte white

FYI Bull gear lockup is so that you can twist the drum element onto the rubber mandrel. Twist on and twist off is easier than trying to pound it on or off. Larn sum'n ever dei…

Anthropomorphucked. I paid my electrician to sign the papers and let me do my own work on a building once rather than use his own guys. Basically just showed up and took a cheque, and told me to flip my receptacles around so they look like happy faces. I was like, naw, I like them the way they were supposed to be installed. He said it wouldn't pass inspection. I wasn't sure if he was a hat-fucker but I did give him some suggestions before rotating them in the entire building.
