We tear into the Dewalt 60V system. Beginning with the battery. It's not wired up like any other battery. It's weird. Is 60V better than 20V? Not really, since we are really only interested in POWER. But they do have a clever way of skirting lithium ion battery shipping regulations.

Once youve bought a cordless tool of a particular brand you're essentially married to that brand and soon enough all your cordless tools are the same brand to make sure you're not carting 10 different battery types and chargers around. On that, keep up the dewalt reviews, love it!
I was in the vape shop and they were using a mechanical which didn’t have any chips and if you press the button it grounds to the negative side of two lipos. It had a failure in the insulation jacket. It grounded out and exploded and shot 35 ft across the room and landed in the trash can and lit everything on fire. It was like a ground flower fireworks. Bvvvvruum !! You definitely absolutely can definitely explode those they are the exact same battery. Same same! Be careful! They are why vapes fired off in pockets and exploded. Most battery cases used for vaping have escape holes so they won’t explode and make schrapenel 🤔❤️🖖🏼🇺🇸
🕷ROOOOF! 🙊
If you ground them two slots next to the ground
and push the switch in
it will give you 60V
Hi. Nice vid bud. 15 time 4.0 peak is 60 volts.
Just bought my first flexvolt today and I'm glad I'm not the only one who struggled with the fucking battery

I have one of these batteries and when I use it on my 20v impact driver the driver cuts off when under heavy load, is there something wrong with the driver?
