We take a close look at the Milwaukee 1/2" impact wrench to see it's build quality. I'll try to fix it, but It's worn out after 300 hours of heavy industrial use. We'll see why at the end of the vid. The mechanism itself is very robust, but it has a couple weak points that made this gun crap out. My DeWalt has about the same amount of time on it. It doesn't hit as hard as the Milwaukee lithium ion, but it's ten years older.
Bro these tools get whollered out after bout 6 months with an ash plant
Even back then, you were quite the character.
I've been using mine for 7 years without any issue as a professional mechanical. Though maybe they did a better job on my 3/8 than this 1/2
I had to get a 36V switch for a makita!, was £35
They shite!, when the switch goes 🙁
Was this video posted before Milwaukee dominated the power tool market?
Like you said, if it doesn’t work hammer it if that doesn’t work the problem is electrical 😂
Too much grease acts as a cushion and yeah the hammers won't hit as hard
Love your channel ,just busting ur balls
Shut your shrup up

Thank you 4 r content arshole
Hahaha…that type J grease is over $60 now…
Milwaukee has a 5-year warranty on all internal parts send it in they'll fix it if they can't fix it they'll replace it I'm a diesel mechanic and them are the only ones I'll buy because of the warranty

The fact that that tool lived so long with no fan is incredible, honestly
Ive got one thats 2 years old woth about 8 hours of use and shes dead.
concrete wall is my number 1 go to, concrete floor is fighting for the same position. A hammer is Number 2(or a rock) whichever is closest. Threaten it all the way and if it works, your checks have done their job. You don't care after the job is done.
