M12 Hacksawzall from 7 years ago vs. brushless Fuel. The fuel is heavier and beefier. Better quality than the older model. Thank you for your help, I appreciate it. Early access here http://www.Patreon.com/AvE

What was the green plastic type piece called? Which you placed over to see how many magnets are behind the casing….
Of all the hot suppers I've fed my m12 brushed. The gears are getting sloppy but it still chops everything I ask of it, every day. I chose the brushed for the smaller size. As its cut countless tons of drywall and wood it'll die soon and I'll prob get the brushless version. Hopefully it's more skookem though the brushed version def didn't disappoint. Great little tool
The bearings on the regular m12 saw definitely seize up. Thankful I was able to take it apart clean the bearings and pack them full of some new grease and its still going strong
That is some light coffee, which has me judging.
I use the brushless for pool plumbing so I'm basically sitting in front of a shit pile just cutting and cutting for hours. I would use a hand saw over a full size sawzall, handsaw cuts quick with no loud noise (spergers) and clean with no burrs, sawzall for weird cuts and CPVC. After the texas snowflake attack that destroyed fucking everything I only use the brushless hackzall now because the projects are too big and im lazy. I got the brushed one to carry in my bag or secondary backpack just for actual sawzall type cuts. Fucker about put the smoke out when I tried cutting 2in sch80 cpvc with it
Late to the party but obviously the second ring gear is a leftover from the fuel electric knife version of this tool
the ring gears run in opposite directions lol u cant pin them together, the only point i can see is to keep it from skippin teeth..but how often does that happen even on a high torque tool… iv never had it happen
But if you put a longer pin, so both gears are driving, , wouldn't it keep it from turning? Sence the gears drives on eather side.
Powerful batteries on powerful tools with fragile electronics between the two.
If one of these tool companies could improve the electronics by an order of magnitude, they could sit alone at the top.
You are a SLOB! I could probably still drink your beer and refrain from putting your tools away. Maybe. I could drink your beer, definitely.
How exactly does that magic viewing film work? That was amazing lol
Just bought an m12 fuel 1/2" hammer drill. Ill send it to you when it dies.
I would love to be your helper
Ive had both and gave my brother the brushed one to cut off exhausts and whatnot. I use the fuel daily to cut pvc and other plastic piping. It'll cut wood. But it'll need a really good blade and a battery on the charger. It's got its pluses. I have an m18 sawzall for heavier duty stuff and im happy with it.
You couldn't have both ring gears cornected with a pin because they spin the opposite direction
