    Looks perfect for driving screws and small things like that. I actually got a cheap 12v for that exact purpose because electric screwdrivers tend to be so anemic.

    It's not NiCd because they NEED their products to sell in Europe, which forbade NiCd to be bundled in tools and torches and forced the transition to NiMh and Li-Ion almost 20 years ago. You can still buy NiCd cells if you need them for a special purpose, they just can't be sold as part of a product.

    As a kid I would've taken the whole house apart with this. I did pretty good with screwdrivers and wrenches, but my parents were still lucky cordless drills were still beyond the reach of the average man.
