During the making of this video, a Chinese man woke up in the middle of the night, sweating profusely and shaking. "What's wrong dear?" his wife asked. "I had a dream someone was abusing my babies," the man said. "But we don't have any kids," the wife replied. The man just shrugged. Eventually, he fell back to sleep, and woke up bright and early the next morning, looking forward to another day working at his dream job in the tungsten tool factory, the nightmare fading from his memory.

I am NOT a salesman but we’ve tried a few brands of endmills. Tried some Iscar endmills that were over priced but worked good. The old liberty tool basic coated endmills that constantly chipped and broke. But found that IMCO makes a very good endmill for a decent price. You can run a 9 flute if the machine will interpolate the code fast enough. Running 2” axial .030 radial at .008 fpt and she eats pretty good

In my MoD Apprenticeship, if we broke a tool due to stupidity, mis-calculation etc. Then we would get a Detention noted and have to work extra hours !. I admit i had few like that were clean underwear was required. Thank god for safety squints.
