There are many ways to kick a cat. These are the ways that are available to guys with a small shop. It's not magic and it doesn't work 100% of the time. Don't let anybody tell you their method works everytime. Nothing works everytime.

You can make your own penetrating oil
mix some tranny fluid with acetome 50/50mix.
Works better than anything you can buy
    seriously!

Would love to see you get your mitts on an EDM broken tap/extractor disintegrator. Maybe SFX4000, or even one of the super-low end ones.

These techniques will often work if applied with feel and finesse. Done this way for entertainment value may well be entertaining but is highly likely to be unsuccessful, as is clearly demonstrated. Take your time and apply force carefully, especially if the bolt extraction is to be from something rare or valuable. Also, in my experience penetrating oil often requires hours or days to properly do its thing. Donโ€™t be scared to attempt several different removal techniques on a stubborn specimen, they will usually succumb in the end.

I love how this pops up in my feed after I just spent about 6 hours pulling out a snapped seized bolt buried 2 inches deep in my rear end subframe, a one day job to do some bushes has now blown out thanks to the pricks at Ford for not using coated bolts. Take a page out of Toyota's book, those bolts come out 20 years later no problem…..

Got any tricks for super small bolts like 2mm diameter? Im stumped. Other than tryin to buy some 1mm left hand bits

Iโ€™ve learned not to waste time trying things like extractors and spray. I just weld a nut on it as the first course or action. 99 times out of 100 that will get it out.

You just saved me from performing open block surgery on my ol' fix or repair daily engine block. Beers on me, just be careful i'm sticky after all the grease.

I always start by going to bed with the mother of whoever broke them. Then I use the same methods shown in the video and only adding a healthy amount of fucking swearing. Some time It works.

There may or may not be a 96 Mustang out there with half an easy out in the oil pan and 1 less intake manifold bolt installed.
