I read through a lot of the comments, and I didnโt see this anywhereโฆ We usually just use a dab of WD-40 on the carbide tips and they donโt load up. If they do load up put more WD on it kept going and the pieces fly off.
I knew it! Cancer state caused California!!
How well would Gallium fare at removing that unwanted aluminum?
Clean your damned workspace.
Ahkutrimas ๐
In America we buy drain cleaner
Muriatic acid FTW
Why donโt you just dip it in gallium over night ?
Am I stupid or smart ?
Was the aluminum cold welded, or did it get hot and actually weld?
meep, meep, meep meep beaker! I needed that comedic interlude
Hey man, how do I learn all this material science stuff? Do I need to go to schools for this or is there like a good book
so true – we tend to use the tool at hand.
– The Truth is often in the Tooth loading – too much gum breaker and you break a tooth, too little and the inevitable – candy stuck to the gum extensions happens – Dentists hate cleaning that stuff (their hygienists love it)
I always thought the state of Cancer causes California.
There are gallons of drain cleaner at home despot that work too. Some black gallon jug is the same thing.
Put wax before use
If you would kindly moar science plz. Thank you.
I learned something today…….It's more fun to watch someone else pick aluminum from a cutter.
We used to use kerosene for coolant while running aluminum. Keep the machine coolant shut off and just use a squirt bottle during the run.
