Finger the factory warranty would do me just fine, i get to fix it myself and the next time i buy one. They charge me more. She ain't quite the summer here in the frozen hold a hot, just, knocking the frost off the pumpkin. It's not quite mosquito season, yet it's still not froze stiff.
It's that beautiful and betwixt. The between we're gon na have a second pick at the poke. That's excavator, pin yeah. You got to be careful, ginger carfuling! You get your whole.
Your your fingers in that hole to get the pin, aligned and come to find out she's got a razor, sharp yeah. Look at that crescent moon when the pin walked out it kind of buggered. Up that bore. So look.
Look at the pin it's brand used. You can see this a real good pin, it's been case hardened on the outside should focus you whoo i give up you tell this, is a real good pin high carbon on account of the shape of the stinkles stink stinkles think a little part how you tore My jeans apart, you see it's a straw, color and it shoots off, and then it explodes into kind of a fireworky effect. That means that's good steel, good steel, mild, steel tool, steel and to give us a fighting chance. We chamfer all the sharp edges.
Take all the paint off a pro tip. You can learn this the hard way you can learn this easy way these wire brushes and you get using them. They fling off wire brushes. You end up picking these out of your whiskers for weeks.
So if you just stand where the thing isn't flinging, you don't got ta pick them out of your teeth. It's the little things make a big difference. We're on this excavator. Nothing runs like uh.
It runs away like a deer or smells like a john. We got a busted bolt which we got to extract typical setup. You set out with a screwdriver and a pry bar or a hammer, and you end up with two welders: a sleazy brake, oven, bunch of dunage. All the weight is on the boom and we got dunage just for protection.
We got some of the weight on that just to make sure it would take the weight and then we lift it back up. There's no chance of this falling on me. Turning me into a grease stain, i got to get in there and pound that pin in align the bores clean it all up the old bolts made in japan, mine 10. 9..
It's like a grade: five they're, not graded they're uh, it's different for metric, but the higher the number, the greater the chooch factor. Here we got twelve nines we're going to put in there. Now i didn't go for the deer john extendo warranty. I figured they put the pins in dry already.
Why geld the lily jd, they don't make jd like they used to now. They only make jdq lb plus and the pins are meant to fall right off of them. It's the typical dawn, deer warranty, you break it. Half and two you get to keep both sides.
I haven't got that much swing, but enough. I just got to maybe need a socket on there. Let's see if we can get her just to go by her by hook or by crook. It seems like it started in there. I get that moved a little bit. The real problem is, i don't have a helper if i could get you to hold that pry bar well, i jammed it in there we'd ever licked. Also the covet he ain't helping me. I had to pop a vitamin a son of a bleaching thing.
I don't like taking those out bills but hey when the bodies are piled up like cord wood mill wrong secret weapon. The fox wedge take an implying claim and hammer on it boy. How do you get some proper forces, the seal on the far side's all chewed up and on the near side, this eye? Where that crescent sliver a steel come off the pin, it's all bell-mouthed, so i got ta get in there with the dye grinder clean it up, so we'll be able to get the pin out. Otherwise, we'll just be fighting that sliver of steel, the whole time and uh yeah.
Of course the dingus is too long for the hole, huh just ease it in ease it in you uh you right out of grease every time.
Ave- means can fix things butt will never figure out how to focus a camera
Not gonna lie, I love these videos and love comment trends.
Fingers in that hole to get your pin aligned?! That was the scene from shake Hands w Dangers that gave me the heebeegee B’s the mostest . Or was that just inuendo?
Ran out of schmoo at the end, eh? Nothing to be ashamed of. Happens to most, sooner or later.
But did you ask permission from the manufacture to apply tools to the machine YOU purchased yet they retain all control of the inner working of said purchased machine?
Escalating is fun. I managed to break my internet, cable tv and water pipe all in one afternoon 😎
What was that thing I forgot to pick up from the store on the once a week trip I make…. Oh yeah, grease. Welp time to make that twice a week trip back to the store…
For the record, using a harder grade of bolt may just make it snap off quicker depending on the type of loading.
Not gonna lie, this is reminiscent of 83% of every repair that I end up doing.
Problems on top of problems and every damn rabbit ends up coming out of the hat.
Seems like a huge pain in the tits, but less so than a service call.
Nothing beats picking wire brush bristles out of your legs. Learned that lesson the hard way. Shorts are for swimming and dancing in a Mardi gras parade, not for the shop
Not gonna lie, I couldn't tell the difference between the different types of steel sparks on the grinder.
