Reminds me of a work prank. Take a box or covered bucket with the above additive in it and place it off to the side or better yet in the way of the work. Why did the condo in FL collapse? Surveillance looked like it started from the top not the bottom. There was some serious HVAC condensers on the roof where it collapsed. The building was also sinking.
