If it verks it's not a Fluke. Jeezus Id be so fortunate to own a second hand Fluke that's out of spec. (open to invitations) I did network cable stuff. The 1k$ doll hair machines were out dated and still could find a broken wire 100 freedom yards away. what it does is send a pulse and wait for the reflection to measure the length. So its not the gauge of wire and resistance these magical measuring machine send a signal and wait for a response.
