1.set screw 2.no size markings

We all made in Germany Torques sockets. Utter garbage. I'll show you why hey kind of cute. Extruded aluminum socket rails to anodize black with the receptacle tip.

look for putting up on younger wall and uh, spin them of things. It's nice you can rotate the socket so you can see the markings what size it is. Oh oh no sizes on any of them. Gabby And that chintzy black grub through set screws snagging on every single syllable hanging out in the breeze makes my eyes bleeds I Mean you can peel yourself away from the weight? Bragging: I Mean that's the way it's supposed to be.

Stop This is a robbery. Take all my money. like. The way to go is the Proto No drama steady Eddie Nice finish.

I hope the design engineer (artist) gets a beautiful sabbatical (permanent) to California.

Was issued a set of Wiha screwdrivers at work – within a week 2 of the slotted blades had snapped corners off, and a pozi-2 had rounded off.

Back to the Wera it is then.

You have to purchase the double ended Torx, if you want the full German experience.

I like my Mac have almost all the bit sets now 🤣

Well… to be fair. They have no clue what size or type of bit you're going to fit on there ultimately, so they can't really put that info there or it'll be wrong after a few months.
But yeah, they could have done that. The grub screw is a bit of a compromise. Much easier to swap the bit, but snags to stuff… you get some you lose some… it's all the same to me (ace of spades riff intensifies…)

Thanks for not selling out and posting this in the vertical YouTube sharts version. Filmed in proper wide momma format.

I guess it's nice to have the size on there but if you are using them all the time you get to know the common sizes by sight, like allen keys. I have to admit the very small sizes are harder to distinguish but then as I get older, so does the writing so it makes no difference 😄

Who cares about the correct torx size? The tip is gonna shatter in the next run or from the wrath of a hammer when the operator calls time.

Wiha is trash because their steel snaps off in your hand before it yields. Its too hard. I have YOU to thank for this revelation, delivered nearly a decade ago and parroted ever since.

I walked up to a tool vendor at IMTS "seven tools" a japanese company. They aggresively drew me in with a pitch and I asked them, "Do your allen keys yield before they break?"

    They couldnt answer the question.

when the tolerance is so crap you need set screws to tighten it down

"Bits" made in Germany. Everything else Taiwan/USA. Yeah, so everything feels like garbage. Good job Wiha.
